Made my first attempt at the Croaf or Croissant Loaf.
This is a pure labor of love. The time it takes to make this requires a lot of patience. This took me two days to prep. I laminated the dough three times, braided it like a challah and transferred to a loaf tin.
All that work involved was worth it. I'm quite pleased with the result especially for the first time. It's soft, light, airy and so delicate. Here is the bread pull video of said Croaf...

I will have to do more test runs to come up with a final recipe but it seems like I won't have to do much tweaking. Once I have it down, I will post the recipe.
